Day 4. Unpacking your wishes.

Day 4. Unpacking your wishes.

MS4

To find your desires, you need to be able to keep attention on yourself. Therefore, it is very difficult to recognize what a person really wants at the moment, while he is focused on the outside world. This is clearly noticeable when you approach the limit point of wakefulness, beyond which you simply have nothing to do, everything becomes meaningless and boring at the moment, then drowsiness attacks and a failure to sleep. This almost always happens at night, because the collective unconscious of people sleeping around is also included. If you have a lively interest that draws you forward, then you will spend the night very easily. But, if it is not there, then the nights will pass very slowly. There is always something to do at night, even something less significant, which you do during the day in addition to the main one. But, access to all this is blocked. There is some internal barrier due to the long-term denial of their desires.

In my case, it sounds something like this: I have no desire to do something. There are no desires at all. It's just very hard to stick your nose into it.

Information

The first task. Pay attention to how your nights pass, when you get bored or find it difficult to stay awake, what does your barrier sound like?

The second task. Track the connection between drowsiness and boredom, every moment when you start to get bored, pay attention to what happens to your consciousness, how quickly perception becomes dull and foggy. Conversely, every time you feel sleepy, ask yourself, are you bored, are you tired of doing what you are doing?

The third task. Unpacking of wishes. I need to start asking myself, what do I want? Many times a day. Trying to figure out if what I'm doing corresponds to what I want. Then exclude the activity for the sake of must, need, profitable, etc. replacing it with: I do what I want. Even if you have to do something that you have to, look for such a way and time, to do it mainly because you have a desire. Leave all other reasons behind.

And the last, fourth task. Explain everything to yourself and other people based on this. For example, you are asked to do something that you do not have the desire, and instead of looking for excuses, making up that you do not have time, that you will be busy, etc.speak directly and clearly, I have no desire to do it. Otherwise, it turns out that we deceive ourselves by packing our desires as deep as possible and depriving them of their power. At the same time, our desires are the most accurate impulse, compass and beacon going from our unconscious to the conscious. Also, desires can be called a connecting rope between our deep self and our consciousness.
