I am sure that you evaluate your appearance in order to firstly look and secondly feel the way you want.

But if If you want to get rid of anxiety about your appearance, and always look and feel good and even better than you can imagine, then you need to ask yourself just two specific questions and give two precise answers to them.

Take out your diary now and write down these two important questions.

So, every time you begin to evaluate your appearance, two questions to yourself should arise in your memory.

The first question is how I want to look:
1. For a certain person.
2. In the company of acquaintances or not.
3. Or, at some point in your life, such as while shopping, walking in the park, and so on.

Period.

Depending on the circumstances, you will give different answers to this question.

You ask yourself how I want to look - then you substitute the context in relation to which your question will sound (first, second or third).

If this question arises in connection with some person, then you try to understand how you want to look when communicating with this person.

Next, if the context of your question is related to a group of people, imagine yourself in society and give yourself an answer to the question, how do you want to look there.

And finally, when your question is about a certain moment in life, the answer to it will be related to the representation of your appearance at that moment in life. Let's say you go for a walk in the park in autumn and imagine how you want to look during this walk.

That is, in each of the three cases, you need to imagine yourself in context and give an answer to the question of how exactly what you want to look like.

Next, write down the second question.

The second question is how I want to feel:
1. While talking to a certain person.
2. In the company of people I know or not.
3. Or, at some point in your life, for example, at work, while walking, exercising in the fitness room, swimming in the pool, and so on.

Period.

That is, you need to imagine yourself in the same situation and determine exactly how you want to feel in this situation.

What feelings are most important to you in connection with some person , or when you find people in a certain company, and in some case, just spend time doing this or that type of activity.

Your feelings - that's what you need to understand. Ask yourself what you want to feel.

Find that feeling of yourself that you like best, that gives you strength and fulfillment.

That's right, now you have two simple questions, for three different reasons, which you have to ask yourself.

- How do I want to look?
- And how do I want to feel?

It's very simple, but very important, try it!
