Just in case you forgot that a good walk has its own rules. Of course, there are fewer people who want to go for walks in winter than in warm weather, but we still need walks in winter. Walking is important. Walking is more than you think.

Walking is an important part of our success. Static load applied to the muscles on a regular basis unblocks physical and mental spasms.
For walks, it is important to remember that:
- You need soft shoes, comfortable sneakers.
- A place with few people.
- Hands free.
- The effective duration of the walk is moderate, determined by pleasant fatigue.
- A head free from worries.
- Smooth road surface, without puddles, ice, deep snow or anything else that will impede movement
