Walking is a little-known, but very important source of replenishment of forces. During a walk, when we step with our feet on the ground, we draw the forces of nature.

The main secret is in motion, if you just stay in place, then the covered space will be smaller than the one we touch during movement. In the past, even in clothes, one could observe long hems, bell-shaped capes, skirts to the ground and all in order to collect the life force of nature. So long clothes are much more effective than short ones.

Walking along a noisy road and in a beautiful park will bring different results, so even in an urban environment, choose more secluded routes.

During a walk, it is best to keep your hands free, so you will gather the life force of nature with both the movement of your legs and the movement of your hands. When you hold things in your hands, your hands are simply busy. When the palms are open, you can even notice that they are slightly compressed when moving. The feet perform similar compressions with each step.

For the practice of silence, it is important to choose any point ahead and hold it with your gaze as long as possible. This can be a window of a high-rise building or the roof of a building, also a lantern and anything else. Focusing your gaze, even when people pass by or the road turns around, will greatly facilitate the task. Thoughts will stop wandering around the mind, and internal sensations will become more pleasant.
